Neil invested a good deal of time with us. I felt he really listened to our needs and explained the science of different materials to us clearly. He left us when he could see we wanted to discuss things between ourselves but was on hand to answer questions.

From entering the Store, Simon the store colleague was interested in us as customers. He did not pressure us in any way, he asked what we were looking for, gave us some choices, had us use the diagnostic bed to help us choose the mattress we needed and then took us around the various products. We were able to try them all for comfort etc and when we felt we had narrowed the choice he left us to make our decision. So helpful, knowledgeable and professional at all times. Exemplary work from him.

We popped in to the store to have a look at a TV bed frame which we had decidedto get & as we liked one of the products on display, we decided to investigate actually purchasing one there & then. Ed the sales representative that dealt with us was both friendly & professional, but was not at all pushy, which was very nice. He explained all the options on offer & everything we needed to know about the bed that we ended up choosing, which incidentally wasn't even on show in store. As a serving member, Ed also gave me military discount on top of the sale price which gave us a great overall discount, which appreciated very much. This all amounted to a great experience & my reason for awarding my rating Highly Satisfied.

Excellent service from entering the store to leaving had my husband with me who has breathing problems and everyone made sure he was ok too Was given plenty of time to browse and all try different beds and mattresses our assistant was vert helpful without being too pushy Came out off the store after ordering all we went in for a very pleasant shopping experience Thank you dreams
