Met all our requirements and the employee cared for our needs not just went through the process to get a sale.

After purchasing a bed and mattress from the Brislington store ten years ago we returned to purchase a new mattress, we were very impressed by the service and given the opportunity to try the in store automated mattress selector, after which your very friendly salesman (Gareth) gave us the opportunity to try several mattresses and we finally made a purchase, the sales team were very helpful even supplying us with coffee and allowing my husband to use the facilities, we were very impressed and would certainly recommend the store and service, we were also very surprised to find our purchase would be delivered two weeks later, in these worrying times we felt very safe

I was welcomed into the store and , offered a hot drink. I found the sleep match very helpful as I didn't really know what mattress I needed. Steven gave me pillow to try also. Pleasant experience and very happy with my purchase.

Dan at Dreams Brislington was just great. Clearly super passionate, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his job and was the least pushy salesman, yet definitely knew what he was doing. We came in without knowing what we wanted, only for a bit of research to then scope deals online. But the service we got from Dan made us feel like we couldn't leave that shop without a bed. Not pushy, and not your usual salesman, just very knowledgeable and gave us many different options. He also gave you space and went away when we were contemplating things. An absolute natural. I really don't like salesy people but Dan was an absolute professional. He is a credit to your organisation and deserves significant recognition. Very clever. I'm still in shock that we spent so much on a bed and mattress, I would have been happy with second hand but I genuinely feel like we've found the one and that's all thanks to Dan !
