Great service from Jennifer. Helped keep my young boy entertained whilst we were trying out her suggestions, even gave us a bottle of water. She was very helpful and knew a ton about each option for us. Awesome service.

The Store Manager Steve was fully aware of the options within my price range and encouraged me to consider other options rather than just go with the first one I tried, although that was the one I picked in the end. The delivery was arranged within one week of placing the order.

Parking was very easy at the Bridlington store. It was very clean and had measures in place regarding Covid. Which made me feel more comfortable. The main reason I scored it so high was the service I received from the staff. All the staff where very friendly. The member of staff who served me 'Steven', had excellent knowledge of all the products and answered all my many questions. I didn't feel like there was any ever pressure. More having a chat about the products, than a sales pitch.

Manager Steve and sales person Freyja were exceptionally helpful and knowledge was top notch. Spent time to get to know what we wanted and talk through all options available.
