Dreams - Brislington

Arrived at dreams in Brislington bristol & was greated my Dan he was very friendly & very helpful throughout our visit & purchase .

The salesman Dan was very knowledgeable about the product I wanted to buy, customer service was excellent.

It was the third time I had visited the store to look I knew what I wanted but could not find it. The assistant was able to show me different headboards and fabrics which was very helpful. My order is being delivered in March so I hope it looks as good as I hope it to be

Gareth spent a lot of time with us ensuring we made the right choice. We were able to spend a lot of time trying out mattresses.

Have always used Dreams Beds and have always been very satisfied

It was my first time purchasing a mattress and i was worried it would be awkward and embarrassing but it wasn’t too bad in the end.

The store was surprisingly busy, there was someone at the cash desk paying up, another on the Dream bed machine thing and a couple browsing, one store assistant was serving at the desk, the other dealing with the other customers, yet found a moment to acknowledge us, once the machine was free he led them to start trying beds, spoke to the other couple, then set us up on the machine, all in all he couldn't have done more or better from start to finish. Once we choose our mattress Gareth, who we'd been dealing with was cashing up another couple and Dan was just finishing up with the 3rd couple, he then checked with Gareth before coming over to help us wrap up our purchase. By the time we were done there were yet more folk in the store, and the 2 staff were still both smiling. All in a comfortable shopping experience.

The manager we spoke with was highly knowledgeable and attentive and made us feel comfortable within the whole experience of choosing what we wanted. He was very patient and nothing was a problem, even though I was mattress hopping.

Very impressed with staff and technology used to look for the right mattress.
