There was a huge choice to pick from and the sales person asked if we need help but left us alone to browse. Once we had decided what we wanted they then helped us and had good knowledge of the item, it was quick and easy to go through the payment process and arrange delivery.

John was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were happy we had selected the right bed frame and mattress for our needs without being at all pushy.
