We were approached by the salesman, John, to enquire if we needed help but he did not make us feel pressured, allowing us to continue to browse. When we had decided on the mattress we liked, he helped by providing pillows to fully test the mattress before purchase.

We went to the store to view potential products and we were extremely impressed with Johnathan's knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and most importantly, his patience that he certainly helped us make up our minds on a suitable bed and mattress to buy having found, prior to our visit, the possible range of choices somewhat confusing.
