Dreams - Weston Super Mare

Had an appointment booked and we’re see quickly as the store had a lot of people in there.

Assistant was very helpful. Showed us lots of different mattress’s to try and beds suitable for our requirements. Plenty of stock to try and look at.

Great service, not pushy, give us space and time to make decisions. Very knowledgeable but didnt try to influence our decision. We'd had walked out of other stores (not Dreams) as the staff were too pushy!

John was very helpful did not rush me showed me lots of options do I could choose what I felt happy with Overall very happy thats why I made a purchase I had visited 3 other shops and left unhappy

we were not used to the store layout, not having bought a bed for ten or more years ! The manager (Jonathan) came over and asked if He could help us. He was very helpful and very patient , as my Mother was 94 years old and not able to walk very far. Jonathan did a test for my Mother's partner to establish the type of mattress needed, and included details we gave for my Mother's requirements. as well.

The salesman was very helpful and went through all my dimensions making sure that everything could fit
