I often worry entering a store that I will be targeted immediately. How wrong I was I actually don’t remember the last time I received such a genuine service. After being given time to browse,but checked if we were ok, Jonathan approached us and suggested using the technology to help us choose a mattress that would be right for my husband and I. He was just brilliant. He wasn’t pushy just extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t pressure us just offered advice when we asked questions. He gave us plenty of time to try out some mattresses and he knew exactly the price range that suited again no pressure sales just honest helpful advice. Even after asking about the sample pillows we used he explained the price and used personal experience to help is make a choice. He explained all of the deals including the available swap if we weren’t happy and the care cover. At no point was he pushy just really polite and informative. We were looked after in such a way that the whole experience was not what I had anticipated. We were offered a hot drink and the order process was seamless. Again we weren’t under pressure to pay to have our old mattress taken away but the offer was there.

Sales assistants did not pounce on us the minute we walked through the door. They gave us plenty of time to look and then appeared doing “jobs” just as we were ready to ask questions. Really helpful when we asked and didn’t impose at all.

Jonathan looked after me in store he was very attentive and listened to my needs. I felt very looked after during my visit.

We were looking for a new mattress. We tried the diagnotic bed, and were shown 3 products which were suitable for our needs. All were good but luckily we liked the least expensive best! It fitted us and our budget very well. The salesman was knowledgeable and very pleasant, we were very well satisfied with the entire transaction.

We have purchase a few things from the past with urselfs and been happy we also get treated very well by a member of staff called John in ur wsm branch he so chilled and down to earth and he such a good sales man to the point we spent another £2500 with him so gently and kind with some humour
