The assistant offered his help gave us time not pushy was very knowledgeable. We had a go on the equipment to determine which mattress is best for us and was able to lye on all the beds to try them out. We were there along time trying to decide so the assistant John made us a drink and helped us with our choices very happy when we left .

Greeted by the lovely Andrew in store who was immediately on hand to provide assistance. He was able to provide a welcoming and non pressuring environment for me to casually browse for the mattress perfect for myself and my partner. Nothing was too much trouble for him to do. Andrew in the Weston super mare branch provided a fantastic overall service, dedicating his time to ensuring I was happy with my overall purchase from the moment I stepped in store until the moment I walked out. He offered a glass of water on several occasions, provided me with the necessary hygiene products needed to keep safe during these unprecedented times and was on hand to answer any questions I had.

We went to dreams and was greeted by Andrew who was very friendly we had a tea and coffee he explained everything he got us pillows and we tested the mattresses we were very happy with our visit to dreams
