very friendly and patient staff ( Matthew in specific) Helped me find the right bed/ mattress after discussion about what i was after

Assistant was very helpful l and had a good knowledge of the product but was not pushy.

Staff very friendly but not pushie. It was nice to look around at ease without the sales assistant being on your back all the time, to many stores are pushing for the sale. As soon as I had a good look round at ease and needed assistance I received it and he was very helpful. Normally I dread walking into stores of this nature due to the fact of the sales assistant being to pushie and feel like just walking out again,but this was a very pleasant and the guys where really nice and friendly..

It was a pleasant experience.We had an idea of what we wanted and the assistant helped us make a decision.

Service was very good but I haven't seen finished product yet plus I got a little confused and was not offered any opinions of how to choose or know the difference of mattress. It was confusing which mattress was best when I felt they all felt the same

I can't fault.really.Daren lovely man.liked him even more wen he said he shops at Sainsbury's my favourite supermarket.lovely man.so sweet.very friendly.ive neva bought my beds from anywhere else.oldest is 19 years old & she's had a dreams bed all of her life.love Dreams bed.always nice staff aswell.thanks Daren :)
