The customer executive Ms Nicky was very supportive in explaining the different mattress options that were in sync with our needs.

Nickie (the lovely lady who looked after us) was really helpful, very professional and listened to us

At the end of the day we got the mattress we were looking for but if it wasn’t for the purchase of an ex display mattress we would have gone else where because the prices were too high.
