Keith was extremely helpful and answered all the questions we asked. He showed us the difference in mattress springs so pick could pick the right mattress we needed.

The staff was interested in me as a customer,making me feel valued and welcome. Matthew took the time to show me all the options available and the time to learn and understand my needs.

all the staff were extremely polite, Alice the sales person listened to what I was looking for she helped me with the details that i specifically wanted. It came a little higher than my price range but I am happy with the out come. I cannot get over how the whole sales team work together they were all very helpful it was a pleasure to shop there. I congratulate the staff at the Kingsheath shop for big so conscientious and motivated in their role. Well done
