From the moment we walked in the staff (especially Alice at the Kings Heath Branch) were extremely friendly, not too pushy and had a good understanding of the products. We spent a lot of time before deciding on our purchase and even though we kept changing our mind and going back and forth between our choices they were patient and helpful. We will definetly use Dreams again and will reccomend the store to our friends and family.

The product was what I was looking for and matched how it looked in the internet.

Excellent range to browse, all good quality. Assistant was helpful but (VERY important this!) in no way intrusive or pushy. Her knowledge (an that of her colleague) was very broad as well as specific and she was bright, cheerful and helpful throughout.

Because the staff were very approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. For example any questions we had about the different types of mattresses such as Tempur.

Assistant very help full. I phoned day before I visited store and gentleman helped me on the mattress I needed before I actually called at the store very easy going.

The colleague who's name was Matt was really helpful, he helped me find the items that i needed. He also had good knowledge in the products and was useful in helping me decide which product would be best for me. He was also really friendly, therefore i would mainly return to Dreams because of his assistance.
