I made a visit to enquire about the item I was interested in. The assistant encourage me to try a range of other matresses to see the differance. I was very satisfied and i was able to make up my mind on the model i wanted. Ihave since prchsed the bed and iam awaiting its delivery on Tues 8th July.

Alice was helpful from outset ..not pushy just informative ..made me a cup of tea! plus explained differences between mattresses

Matt at the store came straight to us listened to what we wanted and showed us things in our price range. He talked us through the pros and cons of products and settled concerns. He made a fab cup of tea and when I changed my mind on the bed frame I wanted he sorted all that out for me - which was after we had settled finance. I found him to be really helpful

The assistant was knowledgebale about the products we wished to purchase and spent time answering our questions. The whole process was informative, efficient and relaxed.

Salespersons very knowledgeable about products and manufacturers. I was able to ry a variety of mattresses and the salesman took an interest in my requirements and was able to answer all my questions. my order was processed efficiently. I was offered refreshments and the salespersons were alert to the parking restrictions outside the store. I was impressed to learn that the old mattress could be taken away and that if dis-satisfied within 30 days the mattress could be replaced. Overall a most pleasant experience and one which I have already told several friends about.

The staff were very attentive whilst leaving us free to wander the store and test the products. They were always on hand whenever we needed help or assistance. They answered our questions with authority and courtesy. They could not have been more helpful.
