What can I say, I got what I wanted!

The assistant spent time finding out what my needs were & allowed me to try different mattresses & pillows with no rushing. No pressure to buy anything

Alice who served us was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy, and gave us time to talk amongst ourselves to decide. the products look great and with an extra discount on the mattress made the experience great.

We were impressed by the selection of matress' and the knowledge and helpfulness of the assistant.The fact that we could tailor our bed to our specific need was brilliant. We even enjoyed a delicious coffee whilst we made our choice. :-)

I found that the customer service was of the highest quality, answered all question with great knowledge. Suggested options we could have had and also spent the time trying to help us find the perfect bed and mattress.

I feel that the customer service I recieved from your staff at your kings heath branch was excellent. I was helped by Alice and Keith and I could not fault them. They made sure that they spent as much time with me as I needed to decide what bed was best for me. I was made feel at home and they were so friendly. I would definitely go back to them to purchase more furniture in the future. Thankyou to them both.

The salesman (Chris) was very polite, patient and helpful. The lady who was choosing the bed is 84 and had not bought a bed for many years, so choosing took her a while. Chris's colleague very kindly made us a hot drink while we placed the order. The choice of beds on display was excellent. Chris went out of his way to organise delivery for today. The whole experience was enjoyable.
