Alice was very attentive. The ambience of the store was professional but at the same time relaxing. We thought that the range of products and choice was excellent. All in all, we were highly delighted with our experience and will pass on our delight to family and friends.

Lots of choice, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, who did not pester me when I was looking around. I was offered a drink whilst I was looking and the buying process was easy and all terms and conditions explained well.

The member of staff spent an appropriate amount of time with me explaining the various options, she was not pushy, listened to what I needed and helped with advice in a timely and knowledgeable way, giving me time to go back to beds I had already tried.

Impressed with 'Alice' who guided me & advised me on my purchases, spent time with me until I was satisfied with my purchases, then 'Chris' who guided me through invoice & delivery arrangements. (Validation Code 0S8). All purchases delivered by 'Gareth & Lee', beds put up, old mattresses & bed etc taken away, before leaving was asked if I happy in placement of beds & whole delivery & my answer was couldn't have been better. with mattresses covered, new linen & new pillows on my '3 new mattresses' all I can say I am overjoyed with everything & I thank all who helped me. Matthew was the gentleman who served me he was very helpful, polite and made me feel very welcome he assisted me with knowledge and then he processed the payment for me which I am very happy as now i am awaiting delivery

brilliant service The gentlemen chris, at the kings heath branch, was helpful not only in finding us what we wanted but spent a lot of time making sure we purchased the correct bed suited to our needs. the overall experience was great.

We found our bed with ease but more importantly was the high level of professionalism and quality of customer care and communication delivered by Matt. Made us feel valued as customers. Chris was also equally as helpful. It was a delight shopping in this store today because of these guys.
