well assisted with our search for our mattress and the assistant was extremely helpful

The staff approached and asked if we would like help but were not pushy. We were given practical advice and didn't feel pushed to the most expensive item. There was a big enough range of products for what we wanted.

Sandra who served myself was extremely knowledgable and friendly extremely helpful in helping myself to understand about the different products etc. wld definitely recommend to friends and family.

Matt Kings Heath branch; B14) assisted me through the whole process. He is an excellent salesman. Not pushy, just offered good advice. Keith the manager also offered great support.

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Matt, who took my order, was very helpful and accommodating and the female store assistant (whose name I don't recall) was great too! We were immediately offered a drink, which was a very welcoming touch! Service couldn't have been better! Well done to all at this store. We were made to feel as if our custom really was wanted

Went into store spoke of the things i didnt want, and was told what was on offer and what to look out for, was made very clear, very friendly staff, asked many questions and got a answer promptly, could not fault any of the staff. was left to wonder store to make my own choice, very satisfied.

Served by Alice. Showed us available duvan beds and firm mattresses as requested. Not pushy, very helpful and even made us a cup of tea. At no point did we feel pressured to buy there and then. Left the store to think about it and came back next day to place our order.

Sandra and the rest of the staff at Dreams Kings Heath were very friendly and helpful. They offered various suggestions for mattresses based on what we wanted without being pushy. After we placed our order we realised that they had ordered the wrong bed. We returned to Dreams and the correct bed was ordered quickly & efficiently.
