We had previously been to House of Frazer to look at beds. Their service was awful, depressing even. We decided to go to your store in Kings Heath, near our home, and were greeted by a smiling woman coming towards us. She was wonderful, friendly, so helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. We went home to measure up with all the information we needed. There was no competition, we didn't even think of going back to House of Frazer. We went back today and received just as much cordial help and came away happy and with all the information we needed. She and her Colleague should receive your praise please. Customer service is so important.

The whole sales team were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering advice but also leaving us alone so we weren't hurried and didn't feel rushed. They made us great tasting tea too.

Alice who served us checked out if we were ok and said to let her know if she could help us with anything. She later took further interest and asked if we wanted a drink while we were looking at products. We asked her a series of questions and she provided detailed and knowledgeable responses. She was very helpful and lead us through the options, ordering and payment process effectively and efficiently. She was very confident, friendly and professional. She involved other members of the team to assist the process. We had been recommended to visit this store and branch and would recommend others to visit if they are seeking to purchase a bed particularly a tempor mattress. Whilst waiting for paperwork another store member asked if we wanted a drink. They seemed a very close knit team who we felt worked well for us in our purchasing appearance Thank you

Sandra and later Keith were excellent with me. I am waiting five weeks for delivery though.

I was asked what I was looking for and was shown items in that category but the assistant also suggested alternatives - which I eventually bought. The assistant was not pushy, just made suggestions and left me to decide for myself - most appreciated.

The staff were both helpful and friendly, offering us a drink while we carried out our transaction. They seemed very knowledgable about the products.

The staff member helped use to understand the variety of products available within the type of mattress we were looking for & how the price structure was set up to make it less confusing for us.
