Dreams - Kings Heath

We bought our bed from this store and went back for a new mattress. We didn't feel rushed and Matthew, the gentleman who served us was happy to move mattresses from one frame to another, across the store so that we could get a good idea of what it would feel like on our bed. We have two small children, who don't make shopping easy, but Matthew and the other assistants there were really understanding about this - you don't get that from many shops.

the sales assistants were very attentive I was offered a coffee and when I had finished the assistant ordered me a taxi everyone was really helpful and I almost felt as if I had made a new friend The choicesI made with the help of your staff were exactly what I wanted and I can't wait to try my lovely new bed thank you all at your company and I have already recommended you to my daughter

The staff were helpful and knowledgable. We were able to place our order and arrange delivery for the following week.

Sandra was warm, relaxed and friendly. As she was very new, Matt supported her particularly when we asked about the "hard edge". We knew what we wanted and I felt Sandra responded to that appropriately

The store is spacious, light and well stocked with a good choice of beds. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy or overbearing. They were able to price match and supply a Tempur super king mattress in five days rather than the month quoted by Lee Longlands. I sort of knew what I wanted but a lot had changed in the ten years since I had last purchased a bed and the staff were great at explaining and showing me what was new.

The store was well stocked, we were approached by a friendly staff member not long after entering who gave us all the information needed but then left us to choose for ourselves with no pressure. When we wanted to order, she was helpful and quick. Prices were excellent.

Matt was excellent, he provided us with super service, he took the time to discuss our needs and gave excellent advice.

Everyone was polite Courteous and nothing was to much trouble and I was given a lovely cuppa tea .

The quality seem very good and costumer service I s good they take time to explain and help you throughout

Sandra the assistant who dealt with us was helpful and informative without being over bearing or pushy. She merely showed us what was on offer and the salient points between different products and then left us to make our decision. The product range was extensive and when we needed clarification of a point/s Sandra was discretely available and able to answer them. We were offered refreshments and the use of the on site toilet facilities. This all added to the rating I have given.
