Kind friendly staff who helped me very well

Staff were very good only issue was that there was only one computer to place the order and obtain a delivery date that was the only issue was resolved after a couple of minutes though. Staff very good Kings Heath Birmingham

Excellent customer service and good products at reasonable prices

the assistant was very helpful, we had a good idea what we wanted and he directed us to the relevant items. liked the color co ordination of the different mattress types. he gave us time and space, allowing us to brows and discuss but was attentive when required.

Very helpful staff and range of beds available. Although the bed I chose was more expensive than I had anticipated spending, I hope that the product will give many years of comfort. In which case the expense will have been a good investment.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, I found the bed I wanted really quickly thanks to the advice of the staff and even bought a mattress and new pillows too! Was really pleased to find there was a 0% interest finance plan for 10 month too which really helped to spread the cost of my new bed.

My wife and I have specific needs. I'm six foot 5 inches. She was in a car accident and had injuries to her neck. It is very important for us to get the correct mattress. The gentleman that served us is called Matthew. He was very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us. Matthew came across as very sincere and was very sensitive to our requirements. Matthew went as far as to carry several mattresses across the distance of the show room to ensure he got it just right for us. We were very happy with our purchase. Can I also say a big thank you to the rest of the Kings Heath team. They made my wife a cup of tea and made her feel very welcome. We have two young boys who can get bored when shopping just like all children. However your team engaged them in conversation and kept them distracted a few minutes for us so that we could make an informed purchase. They even provided toilet facilities for our youngest. An absolutely wonderful shopping experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to friends and family. We're very much looking forward to the arrival of our purchase.
