Welcomed when we entered the store, offered a cup of tea. Very personable sales assistant, knowledgeable on products. Most importantly no pressure sales.

Keith the store manager was very helpful and took his time to help us find the best product to suit the needs of two people wanting different things. Friendly and Knowledgeable!

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Assisted us to choose a near enough bed to what we were after.

The Friendly staff of both employees on the day of our visit was remarkable (validation Code 058 (Keith) and his counterpart was very refreshing. Nothing was too much trouble and their friendly manner made it even better . Thank you for the pleasant experience. We did recommend your Kings Heath Store and the people therein to a friend of ours, who subsequently went to this branch and ordered and received a complete bed from this store. The delivery also went very smoothly and both delivery drivers were very helpful and pleasant. In fact the whole experience could not be faulted, which is very rare these days. When we first entered Alice came straight over to inform us that if we needed any assistance we could ask and would let us have a try and lay down first, so as we tried the great range of beds we found out that we had a problem my Miss's prefers soft beds yet I love solid beds to be fair I could sleep on concrete haha but this soon became teadious as we could not find a middle ground we explained this to Alice and straight off the bat she found us four beds we could agree with and one God like bed we both loved the deluxe tempur was solid enough for me but soft enough to sink in to. Once we agreed we talked prices and deals that come with the bed and she really did sort us out with all the sprinkles as we talked through it all and through the banter and straight forward no nonsense points it was a bargin thanks to Alice

she was very friendly and know her job although the bedwas not in showroom id seen it on line and she sold it well,very please.

Well, when I entered the store I was greeted by Sandra, who was very happy to help. She explained the different types of mattresses and the differences between firmness. She encouraged me to try out the beds before buying, which a lot of shops do not like. She explained the differences in beds, how much they cost, what you get with it, colors add-ons etc. I was very satisfied with how knowledgeable Sandra was. She made the whole experience as stress free as possible.

The staff were very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. They were both very knowledgeable about the products and delivery times for the items we were interested in. We ordered two bedside cabinets and will be ordering a bed and mattress in about a months time.
