The lady who served me was polite, pleasant and more than willing to help with my needs. She listened carefully and recommended products which wasn't the most expensive. I would definitely use this service again, I had a great deal and was more than happy with the customer service provided.

The staff who dealt with me Tracy and Keith were very helpful. Advising me of the different mattresses and advised me to take my time trying them all out until I was happy with my choice. When I had made up my mind. I was dealt with very quickly, and even given a lovely cup of coffee.I would certainly recommend this store to anyone and give it 10 out of 10.

The items we wanted were in stock and we were given information about the products. We were told that there were three qualities of the mattress we were interested in and the staff explained the difference in the three so that we could decide which suited us.

We were assisted by 2 female assistants and both were very helpful and friendly while also allowing us time to look around. We were also offered tea by a male assistant - all very friendly, and easy to place an order. We were able to find and buy exactly what we wanted.

The member of staff was very helpful and seemed to have a lot of knowledge about the beds as that is what we went in for. Will definitely be happy to go back to that store in the future.
