The sales assistants at the store in Kings Heath were absolutely lovely. They were friendly and helpful working together to answer all of the questions that I had. A very good experience in store.

Onsite parking, offered refreshments, assistance offered but not obtrusive did not feel under any pressure to purchase answered all my questions, made the whole process painless.

Both Tracy & Keith at the store gave exceptional service it made the shopping experience a pleasure, this was our second visit this year to purchase new beds that's how highly we rate Dreams.

The staff member was friendly and welcoming. She made a sincere effort to understand and assist with my purchase and was extremely helpful.

Beds given colour coded bedding according to bed materials made finding the right kind of bed incredibly easy. Staff were friendly, helpful, and eager to make sure we got the most out of our visit.

Tracey was helpful and attentive without being pushy.
