The staff was helpful and friendly. Also the staff showed interest and valued my custom. Dreams has a wide range of beds to choose from at affordable prices. I liked the fact that Dreams take your old bed away as well which was another reason I chose Dreams. I just hope when I get my new bed it will be just as good as the service I got from dreams.

The store assistant was excellent - really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was a good range of products available and I was encouraged to try as many beds as I wanted and take as long as I liked. The store was well laid out and the prices were clear.

My mother is 70 & suffers Dementia. The shop assistant listened to my moms needs, showed her the options & explained the differences in mattress types. I was most impressed by her caring attitude & the fact that she spoke directly to my mom rather than me as most people do. When my mom got confused the shop assistant was very patient & not condescending.

There was a good selection of beds. Sandra was very informative and friendly. I was able to take my time and did not feel pressured.
