The staff were very knowledgeable. They took time to listen and understand our needs ( husband and wife with different perspectives). They gave input, advice and suggestions and left us alone for us to feel supported and never pressurised. The cups of tea were also welcome and made us feel we could take as much time as we needed to reach a decision.

The assistant at the store was very polite and gave detailed information about products we were intersetd in and gave us comparisons with other items in the store. She was able to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. She also gave us information regarding future purchases we intend tom make

Prior to attending the store, I was very clear about the mattress I intended to purchase & indeed purchased this following 'road testing' it. The ottoman base I had chosen online was unavailable instore & I was unwilling to purchase it without seeing it first. The store assistant understood this & assisted me by advising me on the variety of bed bases available. He was very patient as I reviewed each item & then reviewed them again! I felt more assured that my final choice was the right one for me & I am looking forward to my new bed & mattress being delivered very soon.

Within a couple of minutes Tracey came over to see if we needed any help or advice. She was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the ideal mattress for our needs. The ordering was just as easy and the delivery within days.

The service I received from Tracy was excellent. She was very informed about the products and helpful with suggestions but in no way pushy which meant that it was a good experience.

I visited the store and the staff were friendly knowledgeable about the products and extremely efficient.

I was very undecided about which bed I wanted to buy, however initially it was the delivery date that was most important due to no longer having a bed. Sandra was very patient, and showed me lots of options to suit my tastes and preferences and made clear the available options such as, delivery dates and that I have 48 hours to amend my order should I change my mind.

Polite helpful Sandra, listened to our needs and didn't waste time trying to sell us inappropriate merchandise. We weren't hurried and were very happy with the service we received.

The store I visited in Kings Heath was spacious and clean and had a good stock of beds available to choose. Sandra, the staff member was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me to chose what I was searching for in my new bed. I would highly recommend this store. The delivery time and date given was surprisingly quick and the delivery drivers were extremely professional and courteous. The new bed and mattress was taken right up to the bedroom and assembled for me. My old mattress was also taken away. Overall my complete experience was exceptionally good.
