Friendly helpful and approachable staff member, very help ful on every step of our shopping.

Member of staff (Tracey Kngs Heath) was very knowlegdeable and extremel helpful as well as pleasant and friendly. She gave good advice and was very professional. She went the extra mile to give good service. We were very impressed .

All the staff were really helpful, very friendly and a brilliant atmosphere in store while still keeping it professional.

Really helpful staff who went the extra mile to make sure we decided on the right tempur mattress (as we both had very different tastes is super soft and mega hard mattresses!). Super friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful!

We were greeted and left to look. Realised that we did need help and the assistant Sandra was very friendly and very helpful thus we made our purchase and left the store very happy.

Sandra was extremely helpful! She talked us through all our options and then left us to revisit all of the mattresses and make our decision, we felt well informed and not at all pressured! The best customer service we have received in a long time!

The guys were really helpful, one matress we looked at was mis labelled BUT this was quickly and politely rectified. I was immediately offered alternatives. I was invited to try as many beds as I wanted and efficientl but not over obtrusive service. I felt like they had all the time in the world for me and I had loads of questions which they did not make me feel at all stupid for asking. We needed another mattress but realised as the old one was Ikea we would need to go home and re measure. There was no "oh it will be alright, you can just buy it" which was great and the sizes are so close that we will definitely come back to enjoy the great value. Thanks for the great service .. by the way I love my matress, I feel like a queen in that bed and was able to use the extra for some gorgeous linen. Thank you Dreams, turns out you were The Dream Team.
