The salesman Keith from the kings Heath store was very helpfull and not pushy atall He was very knowledgable and took his time in helping us choose the right bed and mattress, In fact we ended up buying two beds. We were also offered tea or coffee, We would certainly recommend this store to friends and family

We were treated like family withvery friendly staff who made us feel important.

Because the assistants were so helpful, welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to give the highest levels of service without ' over selling'

As soon as we entered the store was met by a cheery member of staff who explained everything to us about the products

All the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. We were in store for hours and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were also very knowledgeable.

We wasn't bombarded straight away by a sales assistant, we was left to have a look around and then we was approached by a lovely lady called Sandra. Sandra was very knowledgeable on everything from bed frames to mattresses to pillows, we was shown different products and given different options on payment schemes. Easy on-line purchase and explanations through the whole process was given by Sandra, they even stayed after 5pm on a Sunday to complete our order. Would definately go back again and recommend to family and friends.

I was very impressed by the Keith the guy who took care of me during the experience of buying my bed. He was understanding, patient and knowledgable about the bed that was right for my needs. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I left the store to think about buying the bed from Dreams but after thinking about the service that I received and the bed, I called the following day to place my order.
