Dreams - Kings Heath

The only reason I was highly satisfied is because the customer representative (Bill) at the Kings Heath store was fantastic. He took the time to hear what I required and made appropriate suggestions based on my requirement. There was a lady too (can't remember her name) who was also very good. From the moment I entered the store, she approached me, advised me that she was currently dealing with another customer, and then kindly introduced me to Bill.

Friendly staff. Listened to my needs. Gave me the time I needed to choose. Helpful without beiung 'in your face'. Made it a pleasant purchasing experience.

Keith would not have been more helpful. From the cheerful Good morning on entering the store and the immediate offer of a hot drink. It was a very cold day . He straight away found what we wanted on the computer and although the same one was not in the showroom found a similar one. Ordering was quick and easy and the choice of delivery dates a bonus. We look forward to the delivery within the next fortnight

NO mu sac Christmas or other wise. Spacious. special offers ticked variety & choice very good. assistant did not pressure or steer to 'upgrade' but gave informed opinion of benefits / disadvantages (un) suitable to us.

the assistant gave us time to look for ourselves,( dont like to be jump on as soon as you walk thou the door) was very helpful and not pushy gave good information about product

The staff were extremely helpful and I didn't feel that they were unnecessarily trying to up sell me on anything. I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase.

I found that the staff were very friendly and helpful, I was happy with what I purchased and the lady that helped with my purchase was very friendly and knowledgeable about the type of bed and mattress that was suitable to my needs. Overall I was very happy with the outcome.
