From the minute we walked in the first thing we saw was there was PPE in place. After browsing for a few minutes the assistant came over to us and was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My husband had to go back the next day to pick up a topper from another store which Nicky had picked up. This was over and above what was expected. Very well done.

Excellent and freindly customer service

Greeted by Liz on arrival, due to pending funeral service of HRH Prince Philip was advised of 1m silence before service continued, offered refreshments, discussed use of mattress assessment machine which help guide us to suitable mattresses within my price range for a small double rather than testing many that would have been unsuitable for firmness or size. Spent time discussing options for payment, various protection policies, delivery fitting (I had also purchased an ottoman base) & disposal service, whether they were VFM, never felt 'pressured' to buy any of these, given time to make my own decisions. Ordering was speedily completed & delivery date was within an acceptable time frame.

The service I have received from the manager Darren Liz and Nicky was outstanding very happy with service and the manner in which it was executed was extraordinary I have already recommended to my sister COVID safe environment Thank u all Shameemara Rajpar

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything which is important to me. This was my third purchase from this shop which speaks for itself. Oh and the coffee was a nice touch too. Thank you.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Dreams store. I was impressed with the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff, especially Daren, the store manager. Furthermore, whilst inside the store, I found the Covid-19 protocols in place were very sufficient, such as the availability of hand sanitiser, the cleanliness of the beds and the store itself and the social distancing between the staff and customers.
