Tracy the assistant was very polite asked us all the right questions in what we were looking for ie budget style etc and was not at all pushy very friendly and proffessional

Bill went through all the details of the bed and Mattress nothing was too much trouble

Tracey was lovely. Took time to explain things to us. We didn't feel pressured or that we were wasting time

The staff were friendly and helpful, I didn't have a clue what I wanted , but Bill explained everything and recommended what he thought .

I had specific concerns. My assistant understood and helped me with them. I needed time to test my matress, I was given privacy to do so.....(laying this way and that!) I was shown every suitable alternative. I have allergy and there was knowledge about how to deal with this. It was made clear that I could have a cooling off period. I was given a much needed cup of tea, and courteous smiling. Altogether a good experience.
