Very friendly & knowledgeable staff, they made me feel at home, Bit of form filling on the computer the staff ran through with me what i needed to know, sorted out a delivery date i then paid and then left the store and it could not have taken more than 10 minutes to sort out my requirements

Bill at the Kings Heath Birmingham store was so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable due to chronic back pain and sciatica. Bill advise me to try just one of the mattress, was told to take my time lying, he offered me a drink and when he came back to me I had dropped off to sleep as when he spoke I jumped awake.

The assistant, Bill, was very knowledgeable about the product we wished to purchase, and helped to advise us on our purchase.

We were helped by Bill (B058) to pick our bed and pillows. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He allowed us time to appropriately look around and make a choice without feeling pressurised. He also did not force the 'add on' sales pitch which many businesses do these days which was all very refreshing. Overall Bill is. Great credit to your company!

No hassle, polite assistant called Tracy who addressed all my concerns about purchasing a new bed. She was very knowledgeable on all the kinds of mattresses I was interested in and there was no pressure to buy. I tried and tested a few mattress before making my mind up on which one to buy. The transaction was hassle free and everything was explained to me in full. The extra bonus was that if I was not Intiredly happy with my purchase I can contact her to exchange to something else. Very polite and cheerful which makes a change from other stores who pounce on you the minute you walk through the door. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
