Staff were very good at their job, an enjoyable experience overall, didn't feel pressured.

Tracey Talbot was a sales girl and she was really helpful, not pushy and allowed us time to think, a great asset to Dreams

The assistant Bill was helpful courteous and attentive without being pushy.

The staff where all friendly, helpful answered all my questions. I didn't feel pressured and they took their time which I really apriciated. Great store would will be going back to Kings Heath store again!!

Extremely helpful member of staff named Bill. Made us feel very comfortable trying out tall mattresses and his knowledge was fabulous to help us pick the right product for our needs especially with myself having back problems ! Offered us a drink and walked us round with no rushing at all.

The salesperson (Bill) was most helpful in all aspects of the sale. Having been in sales management for 30 years, you know a good salesperson when you hear one. Good sales skills are still vital in retail sales.
