Our sales rep (Elizabeth) was very helpful, not aggressive and very informed. She understood our needs and what we wanted. We were offered a beverage which is always a nice touch. The finance side of things was painless and Elizabeth kept me informed the whole way through. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Very pleased with my beautiful new bed choice!

I was offered assistance as I entered the store and on stating my requirements was given the opportunity to sample several mattresses. The sales assistant was most helpful and knowledgeable and I was very glad of the advice she gave and was able to make purchases based on that advice. I was offered coffee and given plenty of time over the sales procedure. Sam the Dreams Colleague was really pleasant and made sure I was fully aware of all the relevant options regarding my purchase.

Both members of staff were very helpful and friendly asked if we needed any help. Pointed us in the right direction & gave us time to look. Both Sam & Keith know the products.
