The sales assistant his name was Keith was too good at his job we only went to dreams to browse and with the comfortness and the expertise in on the conversation I was having with the sales rep he made us proceed with our order that day rather than in two months time when we was going to buy the bed he wasn't pushy he was very assertive he was very gentle and experienced that what experienced was im sure over his job description So due to your fantastic sales rep of yours we bought a bed and a mattress and we also bought it at sale price which was even much better Thankyou and please give praise to your sales rep at the Kingsheath branch in Birmingham by the name of Keith

We got got good customer service by sam she explained what the difference was between the mattresses. Then left us alone to have a look and the manager keith came and made us a drink. They was both very friendly and helpful.

I was apprehensive as I entered the store as it had been a long time since I had bought a mattress but I found the choice in the store superb, the information on the various mattresses informative, the opportunity to test without supervision and finally the the help and advice given by Keith made it a very relaxed experience.

Sam made us feel a valued customer offered us a hot drink, got both of us to try out the beds and mention the 40 day if not happy, even showed us some pillows to try although were very comfortable and was tempted to buy until told the price did suggest to Sam to throw in a pillow with the price I paid for the mattress.
