As soon as we entered the store, staff member Liz greeted us and asked us I few would like assistance. We explained our needs and that we we're on a budget and she guided us through options and helped us choose a mattress. She was kind, friendly and helpful throughout. Her colleague Jo, on the desk at the time also gave us helpful advice.

Tracy was great and full of knowledge. She helped us choose the mattress and bed frame that matched what my grandson wanted too. Customer service was fantastic from my last visit a couple of weeks prior to this purchase so we came back. Was offered a drink and tried pillows too. Really happy with both beds!
