Staff friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Understood our needs and helped us accordingly. Offered mum a bottle of water. And gave us ample time to choose our bed. Cheerful staff who were also concerned about hygiene.

The staff at Dreams were wonderful and friendly. My partner and I didn't have a clue where to start and Liz (the lady who showed us around) was fantastic. She was very friendly and made sure we were aware of everything that was on offer. Offered drinks and made sure we were happy. Definitely felt like she cared about what we needed and wanted to make sure we got the absolute best for our money. She was fab! Would definitely recommend the Kings Heath branch to our friends and family.

I found that my needs were met with a friendly mannar and was knowledgeable in what they were talking about.

I have shopped in many shops over time but the service I got at dreams was first class, nothing was to much trouble, I wasn't hurried and was allowed all the time I needed to make a deciision which bed I wanted. First class service by both assistance.

I wasn't really sure where to start, there are so many types of mattresses. Nicky was very helpful, offered me a drink, I told her what I didn't like so we could save time and try mattresses I did end up liking. Very friendly staff.

The customer service given was amazing, Nicky the shop assistant didn't just try to sell us any mattress or products she took her time to help myself and my partner to find our perfect first mattress, duvet and pillows.

I had phoned the store to to find out if they were open and spoke to Liz. When I turned up at the store Liz greeted me and offered me a drink after ensuring I was wearing a mask. Liz explained that their fantastic machine would map my body and determine the best fit mattress for me. Liz teh showed me all the options and brands of mattress's, the different qualities of each type and she helped me choose the perfect mattress for me. Liz explained how long it would take to make and deliver, that it would be delivered to the room of my choice and also offered the option to have my old mattress removed. Liz gave me all of her time and allowed me to choose without pressure. She was very informative and knowledgeable about all of the products including pillows and mattress protectors. Well done Liz.
