The team assisted us well and the range of products served our needs. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and made good recommendations. we bought Temur pillows and they are amazing, I have already recommended them to my family and suggested they go to Dreams. We will be back next week to order a new bed!

Very professional staff

Tracy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in respect of the product. She understood our requirements and explained clearly what might suit us best. We ended up spending a lot more than we had expected too, but we were happy with the product we tested. We won't know until we actually receive and use the mattress whether it is good value for money, but the one we tried out in the shop was very comfortable.

Visited the store with my parents -Jo the assistant advised on the various mattress ratings and finishes. They opted for a firm mattress . Good idea on having the colour coding for the quality of the mattresses. Wide range of options & prices to select from.
