Dreams - Kings Heath

The assistant who helped us,her name was Joanna,was a lovely friendly girl.She was a credit to Dreams,her knowledge of items was 1st class,i wish more shops had somebody like her.The only thing i would like to say is that i think the charge for collection of old mattress is a little excessive.I think £10 is more reasonable,i think the higher charge encourages fly tipping.I am also disabled,and it is harder for me to get rid of it too.

Tracy Talbot is an extremely knowledgable, courteous, helpful and approachable salesperson. She goes the extra mile to make sure our needs are catered for. We never felt undue pressure into making quick decisions as the staff at Kings Heath Dreams allowed us plenty of time and opportunity to explore and test products in our own time. They offered cups of tea to make us feel at ease. Tracy expressed knowledge and information with impartiality that allowed us as customers to feel comfortable in making our own decisions. Overall, we had a great experience at Kings Heath Dreams with Tracy and would definitely recommend the store to anyone looking for expert advise on bed purchase.

I received a warm.welcome as soon as I entered the store very helpful and knowledgeable I would rate this store to my friends and family.The manager and I think his assistance was so patient with me helping me and advising me about the product I wanted to purchase .

Elizabeth was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She allowed us plenty of time to look around and try out as many beds as we wanted to. We never felt rushed or under any pressure to make a decision.

The shop floor assistant was quite approachable and had time to listen to our needs. She was able to explain all the qualities of each product in detail and that made the decision making easy as I could decide what I needed. The service was personal and customer centred.

Great experience in Kings Heath store this week. The right amount of help and product knowledge was really good. Greeted by Jo when we entered and not pressured into making a purchase. We did purchase a bed as the store had been recommended to us by a relative and we were really pleased with the overall experience.
