Daren was very knowledgeable about the products and very pleasant. He was not pushy in his sales which made us very comfortable. He gave us s great deal and would be very happy to recommend this store.

The lady that dealt with me and her colleague were extremely friendly and the transaction processed without fuss.

The store assistant was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

As soon as we entered the store , we were offered help and told if there is anything that we need to know , then to please ask . The two sales people ,Liz and Darren , were so knowledgeable , and extremely helpful . They were not at all pushy , and we felt very comfortable with them . Every question we asked , was answered in detail , and we were made to feel special . Every time we wanted to try a different mattress , a pillow was put in place for us , so we could experience what we would feel naturally at home . We had all the different types of mattress and what they do explained to us , and were told to try anything we wished aand to take our time . There were some mattresses , that we said we couldn't afford , but , we weren't hassled to try them . It is because of this service , and kindness and respect that was shown to us , that we purchased a mattress whilst we were in the store , and not carried on looking at other stores , as we intended to do , before making up our minds . We would really appreciate you letting Liz and Daren know , just how much we appreciated their kindness , honesty and knowledge on our visit .

The salesperson was very polite and knowledgeable and gave me time to try the mattresses and was very patient,she also advised me of what my needs might be. The experience was very easy and painless. All in all A very stressless experience

The two members of staff were really friendly and helpful. We also appreciated that they were honest about the bed that we brought as it was ex-display and there was a mark we hadn't noticed.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products in store. I was given plenty of choice and given lots of time to make my decision. The store is very bright and cheerful with a good range to choose from.
