Very good customer service, loved the sleep match machine

Store was well laid out. Assistant introduced herself early but gave me time to browse/ test a few matresses. Once I was rwady to order she was relaxed, friendly and efficient. Ts & Cs explained clearly.

Tracy was friendly, empathic, knowledgable and the product and very helpful. The whole process of finding the right mattress and bed was very simple and straightforward. She asked all the right questions and showed me just the right amount of variety to choose from without overwhelming me.

We were approached in a friendly professional manner and asked if we were just browsing or if we had anything in particular in mind, we explained what we were looking for and were shown a number of beds with the various mattresses explained in detail, also other items/options, we did intend to look around before making the purchase, however the way we were treated we decided to buy from yourselves. The little things like offering us coffee, it all helps with the customer experience. Very impressed.

Joanna came over and helped me take measurements, she was helpful and knowlegable and did not put any pressure on! I bought my bedroom furniture and mattress with no complications just hope delivery and fittings go as well.

The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable but left us space to make up our own minds. There seemed plenty of choice and the prices seemed reasonable.
