Sales Person was polite and concise with her responses to our requirements. She carefully listened to our needs (which were specific) and offered a range of possible mattresses which matched our requirements. She thoroughly explained in detail the possible suitability of each mattress and allowed us to test and make our own judgements privately before settling upon a purchase. Her approach was polite and professional throughout. A pleasurable shopping experience.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful in assisting with the right bed and height for me due to to being a pensioner and needing a good bed for the bst sleep.
