Dreams - Kings Heath

I went into the Kings Heath store and was served by Daren. He was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He was knowledgeable and also knew when to leave us to lie on beds and not be disturbed, but then was ready to answer questions too. I later visited the Shirley store to look at a frame not in stock at Kings Heath. Mark was also brilliant; helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The process of ordering the bed and frame on another day in Kings Heath was similarly very satisfying. I will definitely return to Dreams!

Wonderful staff at the Kings Heath store. Elizabeth was helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to give excellent advice and knew what she was doing. A great member of staff.
