Darren, the store manager, helped us straight away and was friendly and knowledgeable giving us time to consider our purchase without giving us the 'hard sell' - something I always find off putting. The same applies to Jo who took our payment etc

The shop assistant and the manager spent a lot of time helping me select the best combination of bed and mattress for what I needed. They were very patient and even made me a cup of coffee. There was no pressure to buy and that helped. I only had a couple of options within my price bracket and they readily calculated the total price of each combination and showed me both cheaper and more expensive options.

Was served by Liz and she asked if I needed any help. She knew all about the different mattresses and pillows and made me and my dad a cup of tea whilst I was trying out the bed scanner thing. I found a mattress and pillows that were very comfortable and the delivery date was perfect. She explained everything very well.

Really friendly staff, encouraged to take our time and judge each mattress etc, with advice to support our decision.

The whole experience from the moment we walked into the store was friendly, staff was extremly helpful and made us feel comfortable and at ease. I enjoyed the fact i could feel comfortable about trying the beds out and taking our time to decide without pressure. Highly reccommended
