The dreams colleague we placed the sale with was wonderful to chat with and very knowledgable about the dreams products which meant she was quick to answer questions. The sale on the mattress itself was fantastic also & to top it all of the mattress was purchased and ordered in 20 minutes or less. Painless and easy would certainly recommend.

The whole experience was thoroughly pleasant. help was offered without being intrusive. We were buying for a member of the family who wasn't with us, and the needs of my son were fully understood, and the 'cooling-off' period explained. As a really appreciated bonus on a cold December day, we were saved tea as well !!

The assistant Charlotte who served us was very efficient, we were let try numerous mattresses to find the best one for us. We were given coffee whilst we were placing our order very friendly staff all round.

The staff were friendly and helped me find what I was looking for easily and without too much fuss.

Liz the sales assistant was very attentive and helped us in a decision process.

The assistant, called Jo, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.

Had visited the store a week before, was recognized and offered as much advice and assistance as I needed, also the mattress has just been delivered on time and by a very good, careful crew.

Store had plenty of options and the store colleagues made themselves known to us but left us to browse on our own, were more than happy to help when we needed it. They told us about the different types of mattress and gave us pillow samples to try. I did not feel pressurised into buying any particular product.

I liked the fact that we were allowed to look around the store without any pressure after being greeted and when we were ready to place our order the lady assistant was very helpful and gave excellent recommendations

Great service from Lizzie who was friendly, courteous, approachable and professional. She spent some considerable time with us understanding our requirements and finding the most suitable options for our requirements.
