Everything was explained very clearly after lying on bed to scan which were best mattresses for me.

Very happy with the time and advice given me in helping to choose. I did not intend to buy just to look but taken in with the choice and trying the mattresses out before buying. Plus I am getting a bad back with my present mattress purchased 8 years ago. Milbrook bed Aura.

Staff were excellent. Charlotte (i think) talked us through the products, while the other staff were happy to entertain our kids and allow us to make a choice.

Charlotte was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not too pushy and listened to what we were looking for.

I was welcomed by the lovely staff, they even helped me find a parking space. They understood what I wanted and were helpful in finding it quickly. This is the 3rd bed and or mattress that i have bought from dreams. Thank you.

Charlotte was very understanding and highly efficient and new the products on offer and found me the mattress I was looking for but at no time did I feel pressurised .

Staff were really friendly and understood what I wanted. Also I said that I saw a cheaper price on dreams online day before. Patiently explained why price had changed but took my phone number and said would look to see if could get better price for me and then phoned a couple of hours later to say had managed to get reduction. NB GVA E LIKELIHOOD OF GOING BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR STIRE AS NOT AT ALL LIKELY AS I LIVE IN LONDON AND HAD POPPED IN AS WAS IN A MEETING IN BIRMINGHAM.

The ease of placing my order the friendliness' of the assistant and the time of the delivery

I knew what I wanted - the assistant (Charlotte) recommended a product - and a delivery date was chosen. Easy.

I firstly visited without my partner and Liz was knowledgeable and helpful, and had the balance of being there to help without imposing on my browsing. I was shown a range of beds which may fit my requirements, allowed to try them and welcomed to return with my partner instead of squeezing a sale from me. I did return, and Liz was more thorough to provide advice that suited us as a couple.
