I was given a lot of help selecting my new bed. I even tried your mattress machine. Would suggest you cut down the time it takes as the voice over does go on a lot and becomes irritating.

I visited the store twice and on both visits all three sales team were extremely helpful polite and informative

Charlotte was very attentive to my needs,as I advised her about my health and problems with my spine. She was patient with me and helped me to understand what I was buying. She supported me with the offers at this time, in this store. She had a lovely , welcoming manner, and was very approachable when I entered the shop. She has shown, over and above, her skill and expertise , and knowledge of the products available within my budget.She has got to be employee of the month.!!!

They have a good selection of beds,the store is local to us and the staff are friendly helpful there is no pressure to purchase.

Charlotte served us in the Birmingham branch where we were visiting family. She was very friendly and helpful. She asked if we wanted help and left us to look when we said no and then spoke to us when we did ask.

Charlotte greeted us as we arrived in store.She was knowledgeable , helpful without being at all pushy. Her friendly manner made it a pleasant experience . Tea or coffee were offered and everything was clearly explained.

Long time passed since i purchased a bed Given all the details

My Father has recently had a stroke. I called ahead to ask about availability as we need a bed with one weeks notice. When we arrived in store the Manager and Charlotte had a list ready of beds for us to try. Their level of care and attention to my Father was priceless. The whole experience was slick, efficient and enjoyable - (could have been a nightmare!) We thanked both there and then but please do recognise them in some way for us! Many thanks
