We were just going into test out some of the beds. Not really intending on buying one that day. However, due to Charlotte's warm greeting and her asking us the right questions she helped us to really focus on what we needed. We didn't feel pressured at all, which is something that has put us off in other shops in the past. Charlotte gave us the time and space we needed to come to our decision. She is a real credit to your company.

Adam was friendly but without being intrusive, informed about the products without being preachy or pushy, and offered lots of options and possibilities on payment terms, so we didn’t feel boxed in at all as can happen in sales encounters. Very pleasant sales experience and looking forward to receiving our products.

Daren was extremely helpful. Mattresses are important and I don’t know anything about them so it was really lovely to have someone friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy to help out.
