I was highly satisfied because Charlotte's patience was unlimited and the explanation of the different types of beds in terms of quality and comfort were clear and concise: she clearly was an able, knowledgeable and confident assistant. We came away with a feeling of contentment at the manner of her service, and the efficient way she dealt with the sale and satisfied that we had bought exactly what was right what was wanted.

Darren was very helpful to my needs and helped me to choose the mattress that was better suited to me after putting me on the high tech bed to measure my body. He took me around the different beds that were suitable for me. He then made myself and friend a coffee and left us to browse and make up my mind which bed frame and mattress that I wanted. After choosing my bed & mattress he then introduced me to Liz who very kindly explained what covered me with my guarantee. She was very patient with me whilst I could make my mind up on delivery date. They were both very kind and professional in dealing with me. I am so pleased that I chose this particular shop for my new bed.

The female staff member was very welcoming. We told her exactly what we wanted and she build the package for us. Bit disappointed with the price as i felt Dreams prices were way too high and thats even when there is a sale. She and the male manager offered us drinks which we declined. Overall smooth visit. Order taken promptly. Only thing i was not pleased about was with the parking outside...it was pay and display and later the female staff member informed us that dreams has a car park to the rear which i believe is badly signposted.

A warm welcome into the store, expert advise on the choice of beds, not pressurised into buying. Ordering process was easy to follow and explained fully. Delivery date confirmed at this visit. Excellent service from the staff.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff(thanks Liz) lots of options and a wonderful machine that was able to look at the kind of mattress I needed. Very impressed.
