We found the staff very helpful and informative, Nicky the sales person was knowledgeable and supportive through tour visit to the store.

The man in the store was very patient, highly professional and understanding what I am looking for. I tried many types and I compared many prices until I made my mind. The man in the store was extremely helpful and explained everything professionally. He was smiling and communicating in an excellent way. I changed the order after I made the payment and it was very smooth. What he told me about the products happened exactly when I went home. Thanks for your help

The shop assistant Darren was very informative not at all pushy I spent nearly an hour trying the beds having my digital body patterning to find the right mattress for me and had a lot of information given to me , I also bought a pillow and a mattress cover and the delivery organising was done there and then and it’s arriving Wednesday the 7th August RESULTS!!

Charlotte was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the product range. The process of choosing a bed and placing the order was a lot quicker than I had expected. The extra services offered (especially recycling of old bed) are very useful and not offered by other retailers.
