Both sales representatives were extremely helpful and friendly. I was offered a drink. There was good banter and any problems were approached professionally and dealt with swiftly.

Sales rep was attentive, friendly, not at all pushy but seemed proud of your products. The mattress machine is fascinating and although I think we'd probably have got the same mattress anyway it does illogically instill more confidence in our decision. Offering a drink is always a nice touch.
